Maggie and Roy Roedger moved into their current home 16 years ago after falling in love with the big yard and character of the house.  But now three sons and two dogs later, they’re out of room, and ideas. The to-do list is long; the kitchen is old and poorly laid out, their son Gil doesn’t have a proper bedroom, they need office space and a more livable basement and dining room.
