Jim and Luc are married and have been together for 28 years. They lived through one renovation of their main floor several years ago, and now Jim wants to do it again -this time on the 3rd floor. He feels changing the 3rd floor into a principal bedroom with a large spa bathroom and giant closet, would make their house complete. Luc is not convinced as he just retired and doesn’t want the stress and mess of a renovation. Jim knows that with Hilary’s expertise, their dream home is within reach. Luc has one foot out the door and is putting all his faith in David to find them a new perfect place.
