When Heather and Darren bought their house, it seemed to tick off all the boxes. But two little kids later, Heather realizes that the family is outgrowing their space. Her biggest frustration is the lack of storage because it is a problem in every single room and on every single floor. She is unhappy with the awkward main floor layout as she has no sightlines to the kids playing in the family room when she is cooking in the kitchen. Darren grew up in the neighborhood, loves it and wants to stay so is hoping Hilary will come up with a plan that will blow Heather away.
