When Michelle and Quincy bought their builder grade home on a corner lot, they loved the curb appeal and space that it allowed for their growing family. Today almost 2 decades later, the street that faces their corner lot has turned into a busy intersection and their charming home now looks dated and tired and does not function well for this family of 4. Their front room next to the front entrance has become a dumping ground for the stuff that can’t fit into the limited closet space, their fireplace has never been used as it doesn’t work, and their kitchen needs a massive update. Not to mention their primary bedroom, while large, has limited closet space and a badly designed bathroom. Michelle thinks, that with David’s help, they can find a home with a better layout on quieter street. Quincy on the other hand, knows that Hilary will work her magic and turn this dated home into a well-functioning updated space.
