Kosta and Vicky live with their 3 children and new dog in the same home they bought when they were first married. Now with their oldest son in university but still living at home, Vicky feels it’s time to turn their dungeon of a basement into an inviting space for their kids and all their friends. Plus, it will give their oldest a hangout space of his own including a new bedroom and bathroom. Kosta thinks it’s time for a change. His dream house is a bungalow on a great plot of land, that’s modern and spacious. Vicky is not ready to move, after all their house is roomy, albeit dated, but with a finished basement, Vicky believes they will finally have the home of their dreams. Kosta disagrees and knows there is a better house out there for their family.
