Peter and Sia took a leap of faith 11 years ago and bought their current house, sight unseen!

They loved the house, until they didn’t anymore - or at least Sia didn’t. Peter had been promising to renovate but nothing had been done. She is tired of all that’s wrong with the house – from the dated bathrooms to a tight galley kitchen that is cut off from the rest of the house. When Sia has company, she can’t hear or see them while she’s cooking! Peter, on the other hand, loves the location as he grew up in the neighbourhood, and thinks Hilary can redo the house and make Sia say she never wants to leave. Meanwhile, Sia can’t wait to see what David will show them so she can convince Peter that it is time to go.
