Love It or List It
Victor & Denise

Denise & Victor purchased their home over 20 years ago, when their careers moved them halfway across the country with their 3 daughters. Fast forward to the present, newly retired and their girls long out of the house, Denise and Victor have been left with a home with quirks they’ve long talked about addressing. The layout of their split-level house has no flow, with many of the spaces going unused. Perhaps her biggest gripe with the home is that what appears to be a two-car garage from the outside, is actually a converted family/dining room space on the inside – something she has never been able to get over. She wants to get out of the dark garage and into a lighter and brighter open concept space, complete with the kitchen of her dreams. Page has her work cut out for her when budget constraints force her to think outside the box to give Denise what she wants. Meanwhile, David must contend with Victor’s strong emotional tie to their home and a list of must-haves that he may not be able to deliver on.
