Love It or List It
Steve & Thelma

Thelma sees the home she purchased 26 years ago with her husband, Steve, as her ‘one and done’ house. They’ve raised their tight knit ‘big fat Greek family’ in the home and she can’t imagine being anywhere else. To her, they already have the perfect set-up – they’ve got enough square footage for their grown sons to live there indefinitely, and it’s conveniently located right next door to her parents’ place – which is exactly where she wants them. Steve, on the other hand, longs for a modern, open concept main floor to accommodate their huge family gatherings rather than having to deal with the disjointed series of rooms they’ve been forced to live with over the years. He’s desperate to move into a new space, with a bigger backyard, and he wants to take his entire family (including Thelma’s parents) with him. Will Page be able to re-imagine their current space and transform it into the family-friendly entertaining space Steve wants, or will David find a home that convinces Thelma that a move may just be what’s best for all their family members after all?
