For the last 14 years, Natalie and Ryan have lived in their 4-bedroom home in a prime downtown location. At the time, the house provided them with more than enough space for their then family of 4. Since then, they’ve added two more children into the fold, and the lack of square footage, absence of a 5th bedroom, and inadequate storage solutions for their very active household have them feeling more than a bit claustrophobic. With their two youngest at an age where sharing a bedroom is no longer an option, Natalie wants out. She doesn’t believe they can overcome the size limitations of this house and hopes that David can work his magic and find them a home with the elusive 5th bedroom they’re looking for in their neighbourhood. Ryan, on the other hand, sees the potential in their current space and is relying on Page to deliver on a mind-blowing renovation that will impress Natalie enough to want to stay.
