Dane and Melissa were long-time city dwellers who never imagined they’d end up in the suburbs. As their family grew to 6, they found themselves needing more space and decided to make the leap from city life to suburbia. Melissa quickly became attached to her neighbours, whom she considers to be family, and can’t imagine leaving their little cul-de-sac. While Dane also loves their neighbourhood, after 6 years of living in the house, he sees the space as a never-ending series of projects that need to be addressed and isn’t so sure it makes sense to invest in this house from a financial standpoint. With Melissa adamant in staying close to their tight-knit circle, David must contend with a lack of inventory within their desired area, while Page has the couple make some tough decisions when the budget conflicts with Dane’s desired wish list of renovations to be completed.
