When Alyssa & Margaux first purchased their home nine years ago, they thought it would have all the space they’d never need. Fast forward nearly a decade, they now have two young sons, who are growing at a rapid pace, and the walls of their once perfect house are closing in on them. With only one full bathroom, and an office that also serves as an overflow pantry and laundry room, Alyssa feels they’ve outgrown their current space. She believes that with David’s help, she can convince Margaux that a slightly bigger home with a bit more breathing room is the best move for their young family. Margaux is adamant about not leaving as she’s very connected to their neighbourhood and the community they’ve built around them. She’s confident that with some of Page’s creative design solutions, that their first house can be their forever home. Will Page’s new design be enough to convince Alyssa to Love It, or will David pull out all the stops and find a place that will be enough to get Margaux to List It?
