Lydia and Chris are raising their young family in a vibrant downtown neighborhood. Both are dedicated teachers, who spend their free time shuttling their two children to various sports and extracurricular activities. Their home is central to both of their extended families, so many of their holiday gatherings are hosted in their small, Victorian semi-detached home. Lydia believes that once they open up the main floor, they will be able to host family events for many years to come. Chris doesn’t agree, he doesn’t think that the size of their home will ever be enough space for them.
