Theo says he has no intention of ever leaving his home, even though it was purchased as a “starter home”. He loves all the memories they have created in their home and the community their family has with the neighbors. In contrast, Jenny is eager to move. She feels constantly frustrated by the limited storage, the cramped bedroom for their daughter, and the confinements of the basement's layout. The kitchen feels outdated and cramped, while both the daughter’s bedroom and basement require reconfiguration. Jenny is convinced that nothing Page can do will resolve their home's issues.
