Candice and James bought a cute character home when they got married six years ago, even though it had seen better days, but all the work and projects felt like nirvana to Do-it-Yourselfer James. It’s six years later and Candice is at her wits’ end. It seems James is excellent at starting projects, but his finishing leaves something to be desired and Candice is tired of walls stripped down to the studs, uninstalled toilets and wasting weekends on project after project without results. Jillian has to help James get over the finish line to help Candice see the reno marathon was worth it, but Candice has a different idea. She thinks a clean slate is the answer and will challenge Todd to find them a modern, move-in-ready home to free her from her recurring reno nightmare.
